“Made in Gujranwla” Industrial Exhibition, an Excellent Opportunity to Increase Exports
Corps Commander GRW Lt. Gen. Khalid Munir Khan HI (M) paid a visit to the third “Made in Gujranwala” Industrial Exhibition 2003, on 2nd of April, 2003. He was received by the President GCCI Khawaja Tahir Hasan, S.V.P. Chamber Ahsanullah Chughtai, V.P. Chamber. Ch. Shafique Ahmed, convener exhibition M. Akram Badshah, Akhlaq Ahmad Butt (member Exhibition committee), Ex. President Haji Murad Ali, Nawaz Ahmad Bajwa, Ch. M. Khalid Chaddah(Ex.V.P) is presenting the dagger to the Corps Commander.
He promised to help the industrialists in introducing their products in international market. He also exchanged his views about the development in the field of technology and science with industrialists. After refreshments the Corps Commander GRW was presented the exhibition shields.
The Arrival of LCCI delegation to the Exhibition:
LCCI delegation also visited the third “Made in Gujranwala” Industrial Exhibition 2003, on the same day. They arrived at the exhibition area at 2:00 PM.

President LCCI is giving away the shield to the President GCCI
He was received by the President GCCI Khawaja Tahir Hasan, S.V.P. Chamber Ahsanullah Chughtai, V.P. Chamber. Ch. Shafique Ahmed, convener exhibition M. Akram Badshah, Akhlaq Ahmad Butt, Ex. President Haji Murad Ali, Nawaz Ahmad Bajwa, Ch. M. Aslam, Khawaja Zarar Kalim, Rana Shehzad Hafeez and Qasim-ul- Karim. Later, Minister for Transport Punjab Rana Shamshad Ahmad Khan also visited the third “Made in Gujranwala” industrial exhibition.

They took a round of all the stalls being displayed at the exhibition. They admired the quality of the products. They also praised the efforts of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry to conduct such exhibitions to enhance the attention of a common man to the industry.
After that the Chairman was presented the exhibition shields. A feast was also organized in their honor.

On the same day, Minster of Transport Punjab Rana Shamshad Ahmad Khan visited the third “Made in

He emphasized that the industrialists are the backbone of the country’s economy and can play an important role in the development of the country. While praising the products displayed at the exhibition, he also stressed the government’s seriousness in giving appropriate aid and relief to industrialists. After that the provincial minister was presented the exhibition shields. A feast was also organized in their honor.

On same day, Mr. Javed Tahir Butt Member Income Tax also visited the third “Made in Gujranwala Industrial Exhibition”. He was received by the President GCCI Khawaja Tahir Hasan, S.V.P. Chamber Ahsanullah Chughtai, V.P. Chamber. Ch. Shafique Ahmed, convener exhibition M. Akram Badshah, Akhlaq Ahmad Butt (member Exhibition committee), Ex. President Haji Murad Ali, Nawaz Ahmad Bajwa, Ch. M. Aslam, Khawaja Zarar Kalim, Rana Shehzad Hafeez and Qasim-ul- Karim upon his arrival at 7:00 PM. All the members of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other senior officials were present at the occasion.


PresidentGCCI is receiving Mr.Tahir Butt Memeber Income Tax visiting the stall of GIFT University.
He wrote the following remarks in the visitor’s book “I am glad to see the exhibition ‘Made in Gujranwala’. Much of industry has been developed with the local endeavor. The industrialists of Gujranwala can play their role in the economic development of the country. I wish them all the success”.
