Appreciating the tremendousefforts of the industrialists of Gujranwala, he said that similar exhibitions are going to be held at cities like Sialkot Faisalabad etc to promote local industry. He said that strong links need to be established with the city government side by side improving the infrastructure. Expressing complete satisfaction over his successful visit to the fourth industrial Made in Gujranwala Exhibition, he said that we look forward to the positive results of the exhibition which include not only the setting up of the new industrial units but also the promotion of the current ones as well. He stressed the need to establish special training centers for those who are directly or indirectly linked with it where they may be provided basic technical training to sharpen their skills.

The above mentioned steps would not only ensure a marked improvement in the standard and quality of the products rather the industrialists would get a better chance of running their units on modern lines. He made it clear that there is a great deal of need to take up the modern technology for the promotion of industry putting aside all the traditional and worn out methods. It is the only way to get a world wide recognition for our locally made products.
